「陰翳礼讃」をコンセプトに、光と日本の工芸素材の在り方と、生活空間での効果をさぐるブランドを立ち上げた。
硝子・磁土・錫・ブロンズ・ブナ材・和紙・鉄・竹・布でペンダント、ブラケット、スタンドを制作。 Inspired by the Japanese aesthetics discussed in “In Praise of Shadow” by Junichiro Tanizaki, light is fused with Japanese craftwork – mouthblown glass, handthrown porcelain, hammered pewter, gold-leafed bronze, steel, woven bamboo, fabric and washi paper. A series of suspension lights, wall sconces and floor lamps were developed for the contract market in collaboration with artists and craftsmen.
