ソウルに新たな切り口をもつレストランのリクエストから、中国、韓国と日本の融合として「East Meets East」をコンセプトに。広東料理に日本料理の季節感、ミニマルな空間、日本と韓国の陶芸作家にオリジナルの食器を依頼。 The client’s request for a new type of restaurant in Seoul developed into the concept “East Meets East” fusing Chinese, Korean and Japanese elements. The wonders of Cantonese cuisine were fused with essences of Japanese cuisine, minimalist interior and bespoke tableware by Korean and Japanese artisans.
